In case client wants to cancel an order...

  • The order placed must be canceled within the 24 hours and get the dissertation of the similar worth, or the total amount that will be refunded by our team. However, if the dissertation has been assigned to the writer, the total amount will not be repaid as the writer would have started his or her working regarding the topic and should be paid for that work.

In case client has made extra payment...

  • If there is any problem regarding the payment, such as the extra amount has been paid or something relevant the customers are requested to email the customer support team. This must be communicated as soon as possible, along with the receipt of the payment which clearly shows the amount that is paid. The customer facilitation team will refund the amount as soon as the bank statement confirms the additional payment or if the client wants, he or she can adjust the amount for the next order.

In case writer fails to deliver work on time...

  • It has always been a priority of our team to deliver the assignments on time, but there can be any mishap. If the dissertation is delivered late by the writer, the payment will be completely refunded.
